Saramat Ruchkaew

Tou’s Garden Pty Ltd is owned by Saramat Ruchkaew (Tou) and Ian Quin.

It is managed by Tou who has 5 years of experience in a National Marketing Management role in Thailand. Tou has been engaged for 25 years as Manager of Tou’s Garden during the establishment and domestic sales development stages.Tou has a B.Ed from Thailand and MBA from Australia.

Ian Quin

Ian Quin is presented as Chairman of the Company. He was the Director of an agricultural development and export company marketing into the Middle East and SE Asia for 15 years.

He was also a founding Director of Chemicals Direct Pty Ltd, Thai Australia Nursery Enterprises, Thai Australia Bakeries Ltd. Ian has a Dip Ag, BA (Psyc), B comm and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Bruce Toohill

Bruce Toohill joined our team in 2019 as Production Manager.

He has a B Agr Sc degree and began work in Mildura then Darwin with the CSIRO Division of Horticultural Research in tropical tree fruit production.

Moving to WA with the WA government he spent over 12 years in the Kimberley, mostly at Kununurra on the Ord River Irrigation Area, working mostly on mango.

Then he returned to the NT on a 1 year contract with the NT DPI at Katherine, following which he joined the management of Manbulloo Mangoes on their 40,000 tree plantation for over 12 years.

After a stint teaching horticulture in the VET section of CDU and then for a Not for Profit training organisation, he moved to a retail nursery as well as running his own plant propagation business.

Following this he worked for Darwin Banana Farming Co, then joined Landmark Ag Suppliers before joining Tou’s Garden.

 Muangchon Khlomklang

Muangchon Khlomklang AKA Tai has a Diploma of Fruit Technology from Thailand and worked as a Park Ranger in Thailand for over 6 years.

Tai came to Australia to complete a Diploma in Land Management and stayed on as Farm Manager since 2009. As a school leaver he carried out intensive in studies in Baddish and was Deputy Abbot at the Darwin temple for several years.
